Early in his career, shortly after college, he spent over six years working on one of the first Game Management Ranches in Val Verde and Edwards County. His commitment to wildlife management and sustainable land practices continues to this day, shaping how he evaluates and markets rural properties.

Wayne has a reputation for not only being knowledgeable about land but also about the practical aspects of land ownership and stewardship. His clients often return to him when buying or selling, and he’s even had the privilege of selling some properties more than once. A lifelong resident of Edwards and Val Verde Counties, Kitty Lewis was raised in a family of ranchers and hard-working parents who instilled in her the value of integrity and dedication—qualities that continue to guide her real estate career to this day.

Kitty became a licensed Realtor in 1986 and took a bold step forward in 1991 when she purchased a franchised real estate agency. She often says that becoming a Realtor was one of the best decisions she’s ever made—and her many satisfied clients would agree. Known for her honesty, persistence, and deep community ties, Kitty has built a reputation based on trust and results. Over the years, she has proudly helped generations of families buy their first homes, sell to upsize, and invest in their future. Many of her clients return time and again, confident in the service and guidance she provides.

With decades of experience, Kitty has earned the respect of her peers and the broader real estate community. She has served the Del Rio Board of Realtors in nearly every capacity—including as a Director and twice as Board President—demonstrating her commitment to the profession and her community.

Her firsthand knowledge of Del Rio neighborhoods and surrounding areas is unmatched, and that insight proves invaluable to buyers and sellers alike in today’s ever-changing real estate market. Kitty is known for putting her clients first, no matter the size or scope of the transaction.

Though she once stepped back to prepare for retirement after selling her business, the continued trust of her longtime clients and love for the work brought her back. In 2021, she established Circle L Realty, a family-run brokerage rooted in tradition, service, and excellence. She now works alongside her husband, Wayne Lewis—a seasoned rancher and rural property specialist—and their daughter, Lynzee Lewis, who has inherited the family’s passion for land and rural real estate.
